João Mendes

João is a musician, author, public speaker, and humanitarian with extensive self-study in African and ancient Egyptian history, spirituality, and cosmology. A humanitarian, João has over two decades of experience in utilizing the subtle energy of music to create peace and national reconciliation in Angola, Mozambique, and other PALOP nations. João is the co-author of the critically acclaimed book, SOUND—The Fabric of Soul, Consciousness, Reality, and the Cosmos. João has appeared on many national and international television networks and programs, including CNN International, CBS Virginia This Morning, and The Climate Reality Project (featuring U.S. Vice President, Al Gore).
